Enjoy the the rustic yet modern appeal of this Adobe home which can host up to 4 adults easily. The living room is spacious and appointed with a 55 inch Smart TV for a night in. Netflix is available at no charge.

Two spacious bedrooms, two baths. One bedroom has a King-size bed and the other a Queen-size bed with ample storage and closet space. Additional blankets are available for both hot and cooler nights and the unit has air conditioning and heating.

The Queen bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with a shower just outside the second bedroom and that is accessible from the living room. Body wash, shampoo and body lotion are provided free of charge.

Work remotely from the office that has a desk, printer and wall-mounted monitor and close the door if you need to. The large dining table, patio bistro table or outside dining table can also be used for remote working, so choose your favorite spot!

A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large sink and spacious refrigerator make preparing dinner and entertaining a breeze. Alternatively, a large grill is also available for your cooking in the backyard. There is also a fire pit which you can use as a grill or to make a fire in the evenings. There is also a set of dining table and chairs that seats up to 4. There is a bench and a small bistro table on the patio for your morning coffee or mid-day meal. Coffee, coffee filters, tea and sugar are provided for the duration of your stay.

The neighborhood is very quiet with little street traffic. Yet please be aware that trains rumble through both day and night. They stopped honking which makes a big difference. We provide free ear plugs for light sleepers, just in case!

Accessibility: please be aware that the place is historic and going from one room to another requires a step up and down which may be difficult for some. It is not wheelchair accessible.

The place is at the back of a large property with three homes that are all rented to AirBnB guests. It boasts a spacious lush and secluded backyard that is also shared with a smaller unit. There is plenty of space and it is very likely you will not see or hear the other guests during your stay at all.

A shared laundry room onsite with two washers and dryers can be used free of charge.

Free onsite parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles or free street parking in front of the house.
