Enjoy the inviting art deco style of this home which can host up to 4 adults. The living room is spacious and appointed with a 55 inch Smart TV for a night in. Netflix is available at no charge.

Two bedrooms, one King and one Queen bed with ample closet space will make your stay a comfortable one. Additional blankets are available for both hotter and cooler nights and the unit has new air conditioning and heating.

A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large sink and spacious refrigerator makes preparing dinner a breeze. Alternatively, a large grill is also available for your cooking on the large patio. There is a dining table that seats up to 4 and a patio table. Coffee, coffee filters, tea and sugar are provided for the duration of your stay free of charge. There is a drip coffeemaker and a water kettle.

There is one jack and jill bathroom that is accessible from both bedrooms and has a large tub/shower. The doors open to both bedrooms and close completely (not barn doors). Body wash, shampoo and body lotion are provided free of charge.

The place offers numerous opportunities for a remote working setup. Choose your favorite spot, the porch, the patio, the dinner table or even the little retro desk nook in the living room that folds out from the shelf in the wall. The internet connection is reliable across the entire property with speeds up to 1000Mbps which is plenty for video calls.

The neighborhood is quiet with little street traffic. Yet please be aware that trains rumble through both day and night. They have stopped honking since the city has put in a noise ordinance, but some trains still honk! We provide free ear plugs for light sleepers, just in case!

Accessibility: the hardwood floor inside the home is even with only minimal door thresholds. The clawfoot bathtub/shower is a bit higher than a regular bathtub and may be difficult to step into for some. The place is not wheelchair accessible as the entrance is about 5 steps up from the sidewalk.

The place is at the front of a large property with three homes that are all rented to AirBnB guests. There is plenty of space and it is very likely you will not see or hear the other guests during your stay at all.

A shared laundry room onsite with two washers and dryers can be used free of charge.

Plenty of free street parking in front of the house.
